  • WHAT DO WE DO AT DANCE FACTOR? 

Our vision is to provide a dynamic and creative environment 
where children learn the passion, values and skills 
required to achieve success in the performing arts, where we provide individual 
and group training for the age group of 4 years and older. 

  • WHAT STYLES DO WE TEACH? 

Modern Jazz

a vibrant and exciting dance form that uses different techniques 
like stretching, contractions, turns, isolation, jumps, leaps and progression floor work.

Hip-Hop

is a young and vibrant form of street dancing that has developed with rap, pop and hip-hop music genres.  

Acrobatics

for the adventurous among us. Classes emphasize balance, stretching, strengthening, and flexibility and includes basic tumbling skills. 

Lyrical/Contemporary

a theatrical entertainment in which Lyrical dancing and music, often tells a story where a dancer uses advanced techniques to create movement. 



  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

1 Dance Style R650pm

2 Dance Styles R850pm

3 Dance Styles 980pm

4 Dance Styles 1200pm


R450 enrollment fee per year for all students, payable on the day of enrollment
All class fees are calculated over 12 months 1Jan-1Dec.
 

  • HOW DO I PAY? 

All class fees are payable on the first of each month 1 January to 1 December on a two months written notice period for cancellation. 
Payments are only accepted electronically.

The account holder will receive a statement once enrollment has been done. All payments are done via EFT to the bank account on the monthly statement.

  • WHAT MUST MY CHILD WEAR? 

All dancers must be dressed in Dance Factor Uniform when attending class.
Orders take 6-8 weeks to process so please order in time. (online orders open 2026)
For Hip-hop, please wear white flat sole trainers. 

  •  WHAT WILL MY CHILD BE TAKING PART IN DURING THE YEAR?

All dancers take part in our early exams as well as a Dance Competition and our Annual Production.
• The first two terms of the year are the preparation for our annual exam, taking place AT the studio in June/July.
•  The Last two terms of the year are the preparation for Competitions and our Wonderful Production.
